Event Hosting: Organizers can host events on Fashen Hustle for free. Organizers are responsible for providing accurate event details and managing their events in compliance with all applicable laws.
Ticket Sales: Organizers can manage ticket sales through the platform. Fashen Hustle is not responsible for any disputes between organizers and attendees regarding ticket purchases.

Event Cancellations or Postponements: If an event is canceled or postponed by the organizer, attendees can request a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-12 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided if an attendee does not attend the event without prior cancellation.
Organizer’s Cancellation Policy: Organizers can set specific cancellation policies in the event description, which may include cancellation charges deducted from the organizer’s payment.

Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to the platform or other users. This includes but is not limited to, spamming, harassment, and distributing malware.
Content Responsibility: Users are responsible for the content they upload or share on the platform. Fashen Hustle does not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated content.

Platform Content: All content and materials on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Fashen Hustle and are protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content: By uploading content to the platform, users grant Fashen Hustle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content for platform-related purposes.

Platform Use: Fashen Hustle is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
